Our Services

Through nationally recognised mental health first aid training, practical workshops for organisations, and engaging lessons for secondary school students, we help workplaces, community groups, schools and charities spot the early signs of poor mental health, respond with confidence, and build kinder, more supportive environments where people feel safe and able to thrive.

Mental Health First Aid Courses

Joining one of our public MHFA England courses is a simple way to build real confidence around mental health, whether you come for personal reasons, for work, or just because you care about people. These live online sessions are open to anyone over 18 and blend relatable discussion with practical skills you can use in everyday life.
