Become a Mental Health First Aider
Mental Health First Aid training is just like physical first aid training, but for mental wellbeing.
It's a comprehensive 2-day course that's ideal for anyone who would like to become a certified Mental Health First Aider for 3 years.
The course is evidence based, and nationally recognised. ​You'll get:

A deep understanding of mental health and wellbeing factors.

Practical skills to identify the causes and signs of poor mental health.

The confidence to intervene and support someone in distress.
The training is grounded in research and rigorously tested. It was designed by clinical experts and people with lived experience of poor mental health. Over 8 million people have been trained worldwide.
